No Commission-Based Upselling

Honest Fix does not operate under commission-based compensation structures that reward technicians for selling equipment or services.

This approach helps ensure that recommendations are based on system condition, homeowner needs, and long-term reliability rather than financial incentives tied to sales volume.

No Fear-Based Sales Practices

Homeowners deserve clear explanations and honest information when making decisions about their home's mechanical systems.

Honest Fix does not use scare tactics, exaggerated claims, or pressure-based sales strategies to influence customer decisions. Our role is to explain system conditions, provide reasonable options, and allow homeowners to make informed choices.

No Premature Equipment Condemnation

Some systems in the HVAC and plumbing industry are condemned too quickly when repair may still be possible.

Honest Fix does not recommend condemning equipment unless there is a legitimate safety hazard, the system is truly beyond repair, or continued operation would create meaningful risk.
