3. SMS and Email Consent

We send two kinds of text message, and we treat your consent to each one separately.

Service texts are about work you have asked us to do, such as appointment scheduling, confirmations and reminders, technician arrival updates, exact quotes, and follow-up. You agree to these when you book online or by checking the optional service-text box on one of our website forms. Booking covers service communication only. We do not collect consent for marketing text messages anywhere in the booking process, and booking never signs you up for marketing texts.

Marketing texts are promotional, such as seasonal tips, maintenance reminders, member offers, and company news. We send these only to people who checked the separate marketing box on one of our forms. That box is optional and never pre-selected, it never appears in the booking process, and consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for support. Reply STOP to any text to opt out of all texts from that number. To stop marketing texts while keeping texts about your appointments, email info@honestfix.com.

No mobile information will be shared with affiliates or third parties for marketing purposes. We never sell, rent, or share your contact information — including mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in status — with third parties for their own marketing or promotional use. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

You may withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP to a text, using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or contacting us at info@honestfix.com.
