Priority Service Maintenance Plan

The Priority Service Maintenance Plan can cover your heating system, cooling system, and water heater. Each covered system receives a professional inspection and tune up once per year. 

The Honest Fix Priority Service Maintenance Plan provides 12 months of system coverage. Members can choose to pay annually or in convenient monthly payments spread across the twelve month agreement period.

After enrolling in the maintenance plan, our team will contact you to schedule your seasonal tune ups. We help ensure your systems are serviced at the appropriate time of year to keep them operating safely and efficiently.

Yes. Maintenance plan members receive priority scheduling when service is needed, helping you get faster assistance during busy heating and cooling seasons. 

Yes. You can enroll online or sign up during any service visit with our technicians. Once enrolled, we will reach out to schedule your seasonal maintenance appointments. 

Yes. Maintenance plan members receive 15 percent off repairs, 10 percent off accessories, and 5 percent off new equipment installations. 

Maintenance Plan Agreement cannot be transferred, assigned or modified without prior written consent of Honest Fix and signed by all parties.

Any changes, adjustments or repairs made to equipment covered by Maintenance Plan Agreement by others, unless authorized by Honest Fix in writing, shall terminate this Maintenance Plan Agreement immediately without any monetary refund.

Honest Fix shall not be required to furnish any items of equipment, labor or other services that are recommended or required by insurance companies or any governmental agency, including the conducting of any test required by the aforementioned.

Honest Fix shall not be held liable for any damages, negligence, loss of property or breach of contract based upon warranty-related issues or malfunction/non-operation of said equipment, including property damage or personal injury, unless said malfunction/non-operation is due solely to the negligence of Honest Fix.

Honest Fix shall not be held liable for the manufacture or operation of the equipment they install, with the exception of replacement of such due to faulty operation or malfunction.

Honest Fix shall perform service based on technician availability, scheduled during regular business hours.

Honest Fix shall not be held liable for delays in performing service under this Maintenance Plan Agreement for any reason.

The standard of workmanship performed under this contract shall be affected in a manner comparable to industry standards in this region of the United States.

Honest Fix shall not be held liable for defective design or design malfunction of any person or faulty plans and/or specifications.

Payment is due upon exaction of this Maintenance Plan Agreement, which is based on a twelve (12) month of service coverage.

Payments can be paid as an annual payment or made in equal monthly payments for the twelve (12) month period of the Maintenance Plan Agreement.

Notification required to cancel Maintenance Plan Agreement.

This can be done by U.S. mail or via an email to info@honestfix.com.

Please state your name and the Maintenance Plan agreement address when requesting cancelation of your Maintenance Plan Agreement.

After three (3) unsuccessful attempts to schedule a maintenance tune-up by Honest Fix in a given season, the tune-up appointment shall be forfeited.

An Accessory is defined as any upgrade to existing system.

Yes. Your HVAC system operates in two different modes: heating and cooling. Seasonal tune ups help identify small issues before they become major problems, improve efficiency, and reduce the risk of unexpected breakdowns.

No. Cleaning beyond standard inspection procedures, such as blower wheel cleaning or coil descaling, is only performed with your approval and may be quoted as an additional service if needed.
