These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of https://honestfix.com ("Website") operated by Honest Fix Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing ("Honest Fix," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using this Website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Website Use

You may temporarily download one copy of materials from https://honestfix.com for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not modify, copy, sell, redistribute, or publicly display any material without written permission.

2. Intellectual Property

All materials on the Website, including text, images, logos, and documentation, are owned by Honest Fix Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing and protected under U.S. copyright and trademark law.

3. Disclaimers

The Website is provided "as is." Honest Fix makes no warranties, expressed or implied. We are not responsible for errors, interruptions, unauthorized access, or third-party content linked from our site.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Honest Fix Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use of our Website or services.

5. Rate Disclosure

Rates and pricing may change without notice unless confirmed in a written quote. Carrier text/data rates may apply for SMS. Disputes over pricing will refer to the latest signed agreement or invoice.

6. Messaging Consent

Honest Fix sends two different kinds of text message, and you agree to them separately.

Service text messages. These relate to work you have asked us to do: appointment scheduling, confirmations and reminders, technician arrival updates, exact quotes, and follow-up on your request. You agree to service texts in one of two ways:

When you book online. Agreeing to be contacted about your service request is part of booking, because we cannot schedule or complete a visit without being able to reach you. Booking covers service communication only. We do not collect consent for marketing text messages anywhere in the booking process, and booking never signs you up for marketing texts. Everything you agree to when you book relates to the work you have asked us to do.
When you contact us through a form on our website. You may check the optional box asking us to text you about your request. You can submit the form without checking it.

Marketing text messages. These are promotional: seasonal tips, filter and maintenance reminders, member offers, and company news. You receive them only if you check the separate marketing box on one of our website forms. That box is optional, it is never checked for you, and your consent is not a condition of purchase. It never appears in the booking process.

These are separate agreements. Agreeing to service texts does not sign you up for marketing texts, and you can have one without the other. Booking an appointment is never an agreement to receive marketing texts.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply HELP for support. Reply STOP to any text to opt out. Replying STOP stops all text messages from that number, both service and marketing. If you want to stop marketing texts but keep receiving texts about your appointments, email us at info@honestfix.com and we will make that change for you.

You may opt out of marketing email at any time using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or by emailing info@honestfix.com.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Honest Fix harmless from any claims or damages arising from your use of the Website or violation of these Terms.

8. Governing Law & Arbitration

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ohio and West Virginia, without regard to conflicts of law. All disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association in Jefferson County, OH or Hancock County, WV, at our discretion.
