The same 0% for 25 months is available at all three levels. What changes as you step up is what comes included in the installation, whether you finance or pay outright.
| GOOD | 0% for 25 months on a qualifying new Rheem heating or cooling installation, one unit or a whole system. |
|---|---|
| BETTER | That, plus surge protection on the equipment we install. |
| BEST | That, plus surge protection on both halves of your system, the new unit and the one you are keeping, and your choice of one comfort upgrade on a qualifying complete system. |
We install across Steubenville and the surrounding Upper Ohio Valley.
Fall offer. Qualifying new Rheem heating and cooling systems installed August 1 through November 15, 2026. Subject to credit approval. Read the offer details
0% for 25 months applies to any qualifying Rheem heating or cooling installation, at Good, Better or Best. Choosing Good does not cost you the offer, and paying outright does not cost you what your level includes.
Your Comfort Guide walks you through what your home actually needs. If that is the Good level, that is what we recommend. Pointing people past what they need is not how we plan to still be here in ten years.
You see all three levels side by side, with the payment next to each one, before you decide anything. It is on your written quote, not a number said out loud, so you can take it with you and think about it.
Three steps from first call to a finished installation. You see all three levels priced before you choose one.
A Comfort Guide sizes the system for your home and prices all three levels in writing. No pressure toward any of them.
Your Comfort Guide goes through each level with you: equipment, what is included, and the 25 month payment. Ask anything before you choose.
Your system goes in with everything included at your level. We test it and walk you through it before we leave.
Here is what comes with each level when Honest Fix installs Rheem heating and cooling equipment this fall. All three apply whether you are replacing one unit or both halves of the system.

Everything marked included comes with the installation at that level, whether you finance it or pay outright. Available as an add on means we will price the upgrade on your exact quote at any level. It is included on a complete system where at least one of the two pieces is a qualifying Best level Rheem unit. The other piece does not have to be Best level.
Three upgrades, three different problems. Your Comfort Guide will tell you which one your house would get the most out of, and if the honest answer is that your house does not particularly need any of them, you will hear that too.
Heated air is dry air. In an Upper Ohio Valley winter that shows up as static shocks, cracked woodwork, dry skin, and a house that feels colder than the thermostat says it is.
A humidifier adds moisture across the whole house as your furnace runs, not one room at a time. Air holding the right amount of moisture feels warmer at the same temperature.
Best fit: older homes, homes with hardwood floors or wood furniture you care about, and anyone who spends the winter shocking themselves on doorknobs.
Your filter only works on what passes through it. The REME Halo mounts in the ductwork above your system and treats the air as it moves through the house, rather than only at the filter.
It runs whenever your system runs, and it needs a cell replacement on the manufacturer's schedule. We will tell you when.
Best fit: households with allergy or asthma concerns, pets, or anyone who has told us that air quality is the reason they called.
A one inch filter from the hardware store is a compromise. It clogs fast, it gets forgotten, and while it is clogged your system is working harder than it should have to.
A media cabinet replaces that filter with a deep pleated one in its own cabinet. More filter surface means it catches more, restricts airflow less, and lasts far longer between changes.
Best fit: almost any house, and especially the household that keeps meaning to change the filter and keeps not doing it. The least glamorous option here and the one that quietly does the most for the equipment.
You pick one. It is written on your quote before you sign, and it is installed at the same time as your system. Whichever one you choose, the quoted price and the 25 month payment are the same. Want more than one? We will price the others for you and you decide.

A modern heating and cooling system runs on electronics. Boards, sensors and variable speed motors now do the work that mechanical controls used to do, and surge protection is the piece of hardware that guards them from what comes in off the utility line. That is why we recommend it on every installation and will put an exact quote on it whenever you ask. Plenty of homeowners decide not to add it, and that is a normal answer that does not change how we install your system. What the fall program changes is not our recommendation. It is who pays for it.
The control board and the motors it drives, which is where a modern system does its thinking. The cabinet and the coil are not the sensitive part. A variable speed system runs on more electronics than the single stage unit it replaced, which is why this comes up more on new equipment than it used to.
At the Good level surge protection is a priced add on. We quote it, you decide, and it is the same hardware either way. A lot of homeowners pass on it, and we install their system exactly the same way we would have otherwise. It is not a test, and there is no version of this where you get a lesser installation for skipping it.
Worth knowing either way. Our Lifetime Trust Shield groups surge damage together with storms and flooding, as damage arriving from outside the house. So this is one of the few gaps our own guarantee leaves open, which is the honest reason we keep recommending the hardware.
Where the levels come in. At Good it is a priced add on, quoted separately, your call. At Better it is included on the qualifying new Rheem heating or cooling equipment we install. At Best we protect both halves of your heating and cooling system, the new unit and the one you are keeping, because a surge arrives on the utility line and reaches both.
Financing is provided by Synchrony Bank, through the Rheem KwikComfort® program, for qualified applicants.

Everything that governs this offer, in the same size type as the rest of the page. If any of it would change what you decide, we would rather you know it now than find it later.
Why this offer exists, and why it ends. Honest Fix is a Certified Rheem Pro Partner. Part of what that means is that Rheem runs seasonal programs for its certified partners, and the fall program is one of them. Rheem sets the start and end dates, and this one runs on their fall schedule. What we decide is what to do with it, and we put it into the installation. That is where the surge protection and the comfort upgrade at the Best level come from. When the program ends, those inclusions end with it. The equipment, the workmanship and the guarantees do not change either way.
Full financing terms are provided by Synchrony before you submit an application, and the complete offer terms are in the fine print at the bottom of this page. If something on this page is not clear, ask your Comfort Guide to walk you through it line by line. That is part of the job, not a favor.
It applies to qualifying Rheem heating and cooling systems installed between August 1 and November 15, 2026. The date that counts is the installation date, not the day you sign, so the further into November you get the more worth asking your Comfort Guide whether we can still get you on the schedule in time.
Honest Fix is a Certified Rheem Pro Partner, and Rheem runs seasonal programs for its certified partners. The fall program is one of them, and its dates run on Rheem's seasonal schedule rather than ours. When a program like this is running, we put it into your installation, which is why the Better and Best levels include more this fall than they otherwise would. When the program ends, those inclusions end with it. The equipment, the workmanship and the guarantees are the same either way.
Then this particular offer does not apply to it, and we will tell you that before you sign rather than after. Our year round financing options are still available, and your Comfort Guide will show you those numbers alongside these so you can see the difference.
Probably, in some form, and we are not going to pretend otherwise to get you to move faster. Manufacturers run these programs seasonally, so there will likely be another one. What we cannot tell you is whether the next one will look like this one, because Rheem sets the terms fresh each season. If your system can wait, it can wait. If it cannot, this is a good season to replace it.
Yes, and it is the same 0% at every level. The 25 month plan is available on qualifying new Rheem heating and cooling installations at Good, Better and Best. What changes as you step up is what comes included.
No. What is included at each level comes with the installation whether you finance it or pay for it outright. The 0% for 25 months is an option we make available, not a condition. If you are paying without financing, your Comfort Guide will show you the same three levels with the same inclusions.
All three levels still apply. Good qualifies for the 25 month 0%. Better adds surge protection on the unit we install. Best protects the new unit and the unit you are keeping. The comfort upgrade is the one item that requires a complete system rather than a single unit.
No. You need a complete system, meaning both halves replaced, and at least one of the two has to be a qualifying Best level Rheem unit. The other one does not. Your Comfort Guide will tell you which combinations qualify before you decide anything.
Because a surge does not check which half we installed. It arrives on the utility line and reaches both pieces, so protecting the new unit and leaving the one you are keeping exposed covers half of what is in the house. At the Best level the fall program lets us cover both.
No. At the Good level, and outside this fall program, surge protection is a priced add on and your Comfort Guide will give you the exact quote for it. We recommend it either way, because the risk does not run on a season. What the program changes is whether it is included at the Better and Best levels or priced separately.
Because the manufacturer supports our higher end installations more heavily during the fall program, and we pass that support through as equipment in your house.
On a qualifying complete system you pick one: a whole home humidifier, a REME Halo, or an AprilAire media cabinet. Your Comfort Guide will tell you which one your house would get the most out of.
Yes, as a priced add on rather than as an included item. Your Comfort Guide will give you the exact quote for it.
Financing may still apply to a qualifying ductless installation, but the surge protection and comfort upgrade inclusions on this page are for ducted heating and cooling systems. Your Comfort Guide will tell you exactly what applies to your home before you sign anything.
Yes. It is 0% for 25 months with equal monthly payments, so no interest is charged and there is no retroactive interest at the end of the term.

It depends entirely on the house. A tight, newer home and a drafty century home have different right answers, which is why we size it before we price it.
No. This offer covers Rheem heating and cooling equipment only.
